UBC-Langara Aboriginal Transfer Program

This September, UBC and Langara signed a formal transfer agreement for Aboriginal students, solidifying a partnership that helps First Nations, Métis, and Inuit students access university education. If you participate in this program and meet specified admission criteria, you are guaranteed admission to year 2 or 3 of certain programs and are considered for awards. Please see the UBC-Langara Aboriginal Transfer Program for more details.

Indigenous youth career conference

UBC is the official post-secondary sponsor of the Indspire Soaring Indigenous Youth Career Conference, taking place in Vancouver, BC, on February 11 and 12, 2016. On Friday, February 12, you have an opportunity to visit UBC’s Vancouver campus and engage in a number of sessions about both the Vancouver and Okanagan campuses. All Aboriginal high school students are encouraged to attend this event. Please see Indspire Soaring Indigenous Youth Career Conference to register.
