Organizational Behaviour and Human Resources offers you an understanding of the fundamentals of business and general knowledge of all the Business options, as well as a range of management skills.

Courses are divided into the following areas: labour-management relations, human resources management, and organizational behaviour. The program prepares you for careers in both industrial relations and human resource management.

Campus features

The Sauder School of Business offers Commerce-specific exchange programs and summer programs in Shanghai and Europe. Facilities include the David Lam Management Research Library and the Business Career Centre.
