The Real Estate program offers a broad education in economic, financial, legal, public policy, and strategic aspects of real estate markets. It is a functional and practical degree for a range of careers in real estate development, leasing, financing, or property management. It can also support careers in consulting, entrepreneurship, finance, and marketing. Topics covered include appraisal, asset and portfolio management, capital markets and real estate, debt financing, investment analysis, securitization, business location, land real estate markets, land use regulation, real estate and government policy, and real estate development.

Campus features

The Sauder School of Business offers Commerce-specific exchange programs and summer programs in Shanghai and Europe. Facilities include the David Lam Management Research Library and the Business Career Centre.
