If you have searched the website and still need help with a more specific inquiry, you can ask a question using our contact form. By using this form, you’ll get an email response from the person who is most knowledgeable to answer your question.

Call us during business hours. We have specific phone numbers depending on the campus you’re interested in and if you’re calling from within or outside of Canada.

In person

Drop by and chat with us in person about your questions.

Please log in to the Applicant Service Centre to determine how your documents may be submitted, we do not accept documents dropped off in person, excluding some special circumstances.

Please do not send private information through social media channels. If private information is required please use one of our other communication channels to contact us.

By mail

UBC encourages the submission of transcripts and documents electronically wherever possible. If you need to mail your undergraduate application transcripts and documents, please mail your document to the Vancouver campus. This includes if your application is for the Okanagan campus.
