Arriving by air

UBC has arranged for free airport shuttles throughout the day on Friday, April 26th which will drop you off at your accommodations at UBC (address below). These shuttles will run several times throughout the day and UBC representatives will be at the airport, near the baggage claim area, to help you locate the shuttle.

If you experience any significant delays such as missed flights, and/or have any challenges finding UBC reps and/or the shuttle, please call or text Chloe Erlendson at 604-362-4993.

Residence Address
Walter Gage Residences
5959 Student Union Blvd.
Vancouver, B.C. V6T 1K2
Tel: 604.822.1020

Once you arrive at the UBC Gage Residence, follow the signs to the Isabel MacInnes Ballroom where you will check into the event for the weekend.

UBC has also arranged for free airport shuttles from UBC to the airport on Sunday, April 28th. There will be rides throughout the morning based on flight departure times. The final 2 shuttle buses will leave campus at 11am and 12pm. If you have a later flight and do not want to head to the airport on the last shuttle, you will be responsible for your own transportation.

Arriving by car

When you arrive at UBC, please head to the Walter Gage Residences and use the Gage parking lot. Destination UBC will pay for your parking for the weekend using the license plate information you provided during registration. If this has changed, please email chloe.erlendson@ubc.ca with the updated license plate number.

If you need help finding the parking lot, contact Chloe at 604-362-4993.

Getting to Destination UBC campus locations from Gage Residences
