The Bachelor of Commerce program prepares students for success in today’s fast-paced business world. You will gain a comprehensive understanding of operating in various business settings across diverse sectors—from entrepreneurship and small businesses to large corporations and public organizations.
The program is designed to equip graduates with the skills and confidence needed to become the next generation of responsible business leaders.
What will you learn?
In the Bachelor of Commerce program, you will learn to analyze problems, make smart decisions using data, and communicate with confidence.
In your first two years, you will learn the fundamentals of business issues, principles, and practices and build a strong foundation in key areas like marketing, finance, operations, and human resources, while developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
In years three and four you will choose a concentration that matches your interests and career goals, allowing you to explore specialized areas of business in more depth. These concentrations are designed to equip students to pursue professional designations, if desired, such as Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR), and Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA).
