Join us on campus for UBC Welcomes You

Join UBC on Saturday, April 29, for an open-house style event for students admitted to UBC’s Vancouver campus. At UBC Welcomes You you’ll have the opportunity to explore campus and learn what it will be like to attend a world-class university while you meet current students and learn about their UBC experiences. You’ll also get advice about transitioning to university from UBC experts such as professors and academic advisors.

When is it?

  • Saturday, April 29, 2017

Save the date, because if you are admitted to UBC’s Vancouver campus, you won’t want to miss this! Read up on UBC Welcomes and stay tuned for more details in the coming weeks.

    Hello,
    I registered for UBC Welcomes You on Wednesday, but when I check “My Events”, it says that I am not registered for any events, and nothing shows under “available events”.
    If I do not receive a schedule before Saturday, am I still eligible to attend the event?

      Hi Ting,

      Absolutely! Registration for UBC Welcomes You was not through the you.ubc.ca website for you, so it would not appear in your ‘My Events’. Nothing to worry about. You are welcome on campus and we look forward to seeing you on Saturday. Expect an email later today with information on your personalized Saturday schedule.
